Website and publication service

Service information

This page records how the website handles requests, what becomes public through a future filing, and the accessibility limitations WCAAN can presently establish.

Website requests and privacy

Tan's Network serves this site through Caddy. Its access log records technical request data including the network address observed by the server, host and path, method, response status, response size, and user-agent information. The logs are used for fault diagnosis and protection of the service.

The deployment does not define a WCAAN-specific retention period. WCAAN therefore does not claim one. The static site sets no account cookie, runs no analytics script, and embeds no third-party content. A link to another site naturally subjects the resulting request to that site's processing.

Future filing information

Ordinarily public

Case reference, applicant organization, requested public act, relevant evidence, decision, reasons, implementation result, and later corrections.

Ordinarily withheld

Authentication evidence, personal signatures, unnecessary private addresses or telephone numbers, and current security detail whose publication would create a material risk.

Shared for implementation

Tan's Network receives the approved technical state and only the information needed to authenticate, implement, and report it.

Never submit

Private keys, passwords, recovery secrets, or unrelated personal information.

No submission route exists yet. Do not send a completed packet to an address inferred from DNS, another service, or an individual's contact details.

Accessibility

This statement covers the public HTML pages and downloadable filing packet on wcaan.org. WCAAN has reviewed keyboard access, heading order, landmarks, link purpose, visible focus, text resizing, responsive layout, reduced motion, and text equivalents. No independent accessibility audit has been completed, and the site does not claim certification under German or European accessibility law.

The HTML pages are the primary accessible publication. The PDF packet has not been verified against PDF/UA and is not claimed to provide equivalent assistive-technology access. Its requirements are therefore also described on the filing page.

No signed-language or professionally validated Easy Read version exists. The permanent route for reporting an accessibility barrier has also not yet been published. Until it exists, there is no authenticated channel through which a report creates a case. Do not disclose medical information merely to establish that a page failed.
